Shipping & Returns


There are no postage costs for sales over £40.00. All our bikes are sent out with TNT and all bikes come with FREE POSTAGE. The bikes come in original factory boxes. All bikes are checked before being sent out. All warranties are to be returned to shop meaning the customer is responsible for posting the bike back to and its return carriage (bikes must not have been assembled).

Postage to non Mainland UK

If you are outside mainland UK  please contact us for postage costs. This includes areas such as Isle of White and channel Islands.  Post codes not covered by free postage are as follows : IV - all numbers, KW - 1 to 15, PA 34, 37, 38, 39.  PH - 19 to 26 , 30 to 41, 49, 50 and BT addresses.

We do not ship bikes to Europe or World wide, only the United Kingdom, Ireland and Channel Islands.

Fully Assembled Bikes

You will notice on certain bikes that we sell on our website have in their description “this bike comes fully assembled,” this means that the bike is fully serviced (brakes and gears fully adjusted etc) and assembled by one of our mechanics prior to despatch. All you will have to do when you receive the bike is to carry out the following procedures:

  • Place the front wheel on the bike.
  • Place the handlebars into the handlebar stem ( not needed on all bikes)
  • Put both pedals onto the bike.
  • Put front mudguard on.

This is all that will have to be done, we will fully set up the rest of the bike.


Selling Regulations

We will accept the return of any unused item within 14 days; however the customer is responsible for the items safe return of the item sold. The item must be the same state (unused) and in its original packaging.  The customer is responsible for all carriage charges involved in the transaction, this includes the return of the item. 
If you would like a bike fully assembled that does not usually come like this, please send us an email for a quote.

All  Bike manufacturers reserve the right to change or amend any specification without notice. All information and specification on our website is correct at the time it was published.

It should be noted we only accept a contract between ourselves and a customer when the items have been dispatched. Any email sent to a customer prior to being dispatched is an acknowledgement of receipt, opposed to an acceptance.



When you receive your item inspect it carefully before signing for it. Item signed for under good condition, cannot have a transportation claim against them at a later time under any circumstances. Please also check that pedals and other items such as trick nuts are in the box. If your item is damaged refuse the transportation and contact us letting us know you have refused the item and we will send a replacement immediately. Bikes and accessories must be signed for.


For warranty claims we will replace or repair the item at no cost but the customer will be responsible for the item being returned and collected from us. The customer is responsible to ensure that the bike is fully serviced according to the bicycle manufacturer’s guide. 

No warranty claims can be given for: Wear and tear, Misuse of the bicycle, Tubes and tyres. Chains and other items that suffer from friction.Gears and brakes that need readjusting.


Customer must contact us within 7 days of receiving their item.
