The Giant Defy 1 2015 is one of Giant's flagship aluminium frame Defy's. The Defy 1 has won countless awards over the recent years as being the best road bike under a £1000.00. This year this has been made even better by further price reductions. The Defy 1 has a lightweight ALUXX aluminium frame and carbon forks. This is accompanied by the new Shimano 105 22 speed gearing and Tektro TK-540 brakes for great stopping power. The Giant Defy 1 has a sportif ride style allowing the rider to achieve very fast speeds but not compensate on the comfort of the bike when doing long hours on the bike. The Giant Defy 1 makes a great bike for the enthuasist, commuter ( with the ability to fit mudguards and rack) or beginner cyclist.
